HRANITHERM 603.00 Transparent - EVA hot melt adhesive in cartridges, 6 Kg

PACKAGING AND STORAGE:

Store in the original container. If stored in closed containers in a cool, dry place at temperatures not exceeding 20°C, the shelf life is 24 months.

USAGE:

• Bonding of ABS Edgebanding,
• bonding of PVC Edgebanding,
• bonding of laminate Edgebanding.

APPLICATION:

When using hot melt adhesive, observe the application temperature and check it regularly by measuring on the roller or nozzle. The temperature indicated on the control panel of the edgebander may differ from the actual temperature. A lower adhesive temperature can affect its open time and consequently compromise the quality of the bonded joint. At a higher temperature, the adhesive can degrade, affecting its color, viscosity, and adhesion. When edgebanding edges of various materials, it is advisable to regularly perform strength and quality tests of the banding. The recommended temperature of the environment and materials is
15–25°C.
Clean any adhesive residues on the furniture elements using Hraniclean 01 (08). In the glue pots, use Jowat 236.50 .

The transparent hot melt adhesive Hranitherm 603.00 is characterized by perfect versatility based on its excellent properties, such as melting speed, higher thermal resistance, and viscosity. Also available in white version ( Hranitherm 603.01 ).

The Hranitherm hot melt adhesives in cartridges are intended for use in HOLZ-HER and FESTOOL edgebanding machines. The various types of adhesives differ in their characteristics, such as melting temperature, viscosity, and color.
